Kreations is a branded mattress manufacturer in a largely unorganized sector. The Mattress market is generally flooded by the block foam material which is open to all kinds of filler. At Kreations, we use only moulded foam with high molecular weight, which doesn't permit any inorganic fillers. Hence this foam is always pure.

Due to the high molecular weight, the resilience and ball rebound is extremely high which can be seen in automotive seats. We have extended this technology to mattresses. Our mattresses have skin on the entire body blocking out any microbial activity and have real high resolution applications.

With our hands on experience of over 35 years, we ensure the moulded foam mattress is heavier in weight, extremely comfortable and doesn't wear at all. We have created an automated line and tooling to manufacture the mattress in single shot in required dimensions. Hence, there is no snipping or joining of foam.
